originally from Vermont, Tia has always been captivated by the world of wine, cuisine and human connection.
In 2021, she chose Houston as her next chapter, and worked at acclaimed establishments including Underbelly Hospitality and Baso. In 2024, she joined the team at Le Jardinier at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, which earned its first Michelin star that same year. As part of the front-of-house leadership, she now proudly serves as Restaurant Manager.
