Robin has always found fulfillment in the hospitality industry. She began her career working in specialty coffee before transitioning into fine dining in 2023. Her curiosity and commitment to craft have guided her throughout her journey, from the coffee bar to the dining room.
She also spent one year working in a genetics lab - an experience that strengthened her attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
In 2024, Robin joined The Bastion Collection as a back server and quickly fell in love with the dynamic environment of Le Jardinier.
Today, Robin serves as the Restaurant Manager of Le Jardinier and Cafe Leonelli at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, where she takes pride in fostering memorable guest experiences amid world-class art, cuisine, and culture.
