MARIANA FIGUEIRA
Growing up, Executive Sous Chef Mariana Figueira always enjoyed helping her mom cook meals for the whole family.
Her journey at Michelin-starred Le Jardinier MFAH has evolved over the years - working garde manger to grill to Sous Chef, then earning her position as Executive Sous Chef.
Mariana credits her dream job in fine dining to persistence, creativity, and training with her mentors - the bastion collection's chefs alain verzeroli and Felipe Botero. "I love working at Le Jardinier because I'm constantly learning from talented chefs, and every day is a different experience. We work with the season's best products and new ingredients, making the cuisine so unique."
