Originally from Dallas, Texas, pastry chef Curtis redman trained in pastry arts at the Art Institute of Dallas.

Over the past four years, he has refined his craft in private clubs across Dallas and Houston, building a strong foundation in classical pastry technique.

His passion lies in fine dining and plated desserts, where each creation tells a story guests carry with them long after the final bite.
