A Texas native, Jacob grew up in the restaurant industry, working alongside his family in their restaurants. During college, he interned with an event planning company, where he discovered his passion for celebrations, organization, and the art of bringing details to life.

After graduation, Jacob moved to Houston and continued his career in hospitality, training under the Forbes Hospitality Program at The Post Oak Hotel. He has contributed to several pre-opening teams for high-end restaurants, private clubs, and hotels, refining his expertise in luxury service and event execution.

With more than a decade of experience in the wedding and event industry, Jacob joined the Bastion Collection in 2025 as the Director of Sales and Events. He continues to create meaningful and memorable experiences for every guest.
